Delivery and Handling:

We take the utmost care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. However, as freeze-dried foods can be fragile, there's a small chance of breakage during transit. Please don't worry - this doesn't affect the flavor and taste, which remains unchanged. You'll still enjoy the same deliciousness in every bite! Please note that orders placed on Thursdays and Fridays will not be posted out till Monday to ensure they arrive fresh and crunchy to your doorstep.

To maintain the freshness of your freeze dried snacks after opening, please ensure the bag is sealed immediately when not being consumed. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity and consume within a week of opening.
