Freeze dried Hummus ready to enjoy straight out of the pack! Contains 100g powder - equivalent to 260g fresh Hummus.
Made using our family recipe that spans generations. You won’t find any preservative or nasty chemicals here, just the goodness of fresh freeze dried chickpeas (none of that subpar tin stuff), sesame paste, fresh freeze dried garlic, lemon juice (not the cheaper citric acid alternative) and salt.
To rehydrate, simply start by adding half a cup of room temperature water to 100g Hummus powder. This will make aprox 1 cup of wet product. If you would like a thinner consistency, slowly add more water till it reaches your preference. Add water in small increments as to not over saturate the product.
Delivery and Handling:
We take the utmost care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. However, as freeze-dried foods can be fragile, there's a small chance of breakage during transit. Please don't worry - this doesn't affect the flavor and taste, which remains unchanged. You'll still enjoy the same deliciousness in every bite! Please note that orders placed on Thursday or Friday will not be posted till Monday to ensure they arrive fresh and crunchy to your doorstep.
To preserve the freshness:
To maintain the freshness of your freeze dried food after opening, please ensure the bag is re-sealed immediately or place product in an airtight glass jar when not being consumed. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Consume within two weeks of opening.
Allergen Notification:
Freeze dried hummus contains chickpeas, sesame paste, garlic, lemon and salt. We want to ensure your safety, so please be aware of this if you have any allergies. Our freeze dried products are prepared in a facility that also processes seeds and dairy products.

Our family absolutely love Sahar’s Freeze Dried Hummus. It tastes soooo much better than anything you would buy in the store, it isn’t made with any nasty seed oils or ingredients, it is shelf stable and so easy to mix to go with dinner or as a snack. We always have a packet on hand. Pairs beautifully with the freeze dried sweet potato fries too. Bonus that you are supporting a local business not a big corporation.
